How Comms Genius answers are produced and sourced.
Curated, not generic
Comms Genius is not a general-purpose chatbot. Every answer is grounded in a corpus of source material curated by the founder and informed by recognised Internal Communications practitioners and professional bodies.
Two kinds of answer
We serve two kinds of answer. Curated answersare written or vetted in full by the founder and served verbatim with a “Curated by Comms Genius” badge. Generated answers are produced by Claude using only the retrieved curated source material and our resources list. They follow a fixed five-part format: Summary, Expert Perspective, Practical Actions, Things to Consider, and Go Deeper.
Citations and resources
Factual claims in generated answers cite the source they came from, using the reference shown alongside the answer. We never invent citations. The “Go Deeper” section may only recommend books, podcasts, episodes and practitioners that exist in our curated resources list. If the model recommends anything outside that list, it is stripped before the answer reaches you.
Scope and ethics
Comms Genius covers Internal Communications: strategy, measurement, change communication, channels, employee engagement, leadership communication, IC career and credibility, and professional accreditation. For HR policy, employment law and financial matters we give only the communications-relevant slice, then hand off to your specialist. We do not help deceive employees, suppress concerns, or cover up wrongdoing — good IC is honest IC.
When something is wrong
Every answer has a Report an issue control. Use it. The founder reviews every report and the underlying canonical answer or resource is corrected where needed. Reporting is the fastest way to improve the platform.
